Back to Japanese Gardens

Designed for a private residence in Ciputra, Hanoi, this 150-square-meter Japanese garden creates a peaceful landscape where nature becomes an essential part of everyday living. Organized around a koi pond and cascading waterfall, the garden unfolds through carefully composed arrangements of natural stone, moss, sculpted pines, and seasonal planting. Meandering stepping stones and framed views encourage a slower pace, allowing the experience of the landscape to change with every movement. Every element is placed with intention, balancing solidity and openness, movement and stillness, to create a timeless garden that brings tranquility, reflection, and a close connection to nature within the private residence.
